Delete Your Hand Credit Account
We respect your right to privacy and control over your data. Follow the instructions below to delete your account.
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)
If you have access to the Hand Credit mobile app, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Hand Credit mobile app on your phone.
- Go to Settings (or tap your profile icon).
- Select Account & Security.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your mobile number with OTP.
- Your account will be immediately marked for permanent deletion.
Option 2: Submit Web Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, submit your deletion request below. Our support team will verify your identity and process the request.
What Data Is Deleted
- • Personal name, phone number, profile photo, and password credentials.
- • Unshared drafts and personal notes.
- • Uploaded document attachments and receipts.
- • Active authentication tokens and device sessions.
Timeline & Retained Data
- • Processing Time: Typically completed within 7 to 14 business days.
- • Shared Records: Bilaterally confirmed records may remain visible to the other party as historical transaction proof.
- • Legal Retentions: Records strictly required by law or tax compliance.
