• Payment Records: Payment logs, repayment timestamps, full or partial payment amounts recorded by parties, and balance summaries.
• Attachments & Supporting Documents: Receipts, agreement notes, or document images you choose to upload to substantiate a specific agreement record.
• Technical, Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app performance logs, and crash reports collected to maintain service reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected strictly for lawful purposes, including:

• Providing core digital agreement creation, mutual confirmation, and record tracking services.
• Enabling counterparties to view, review, and confirm shared agreement entries.
• Delivering account notifications, reminder alerts for upcoming dates, and verification OTPs via SMS or push notifications.
• Maintaining an accurate, timestamped history of payments and agreement closure logs.
• Diagnosing technical issues, preventing fraud or misuse, and securing the platform.
• Complying with applicable legal and statutory requirements in India.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared in the following limited contexts:

• With Agreement Counterparties: Agreement terms, recorded payments, confirmation statuses, and relevant attachments are shared with the specific counterparty linked to that record.
• With Trusted Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting, SMS/OTP gateways, and application performance monitoring providers who operate under strict confidentiality agreements.
• For Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority.
